My hormone levels have to be substantially reduced as my libido and "staying power" are unacceptable. Diet, exercise, and prolonged stress are factors. I think "Adrenal Fatigue" is a possibility, but blood/saliva tests for hormone levels and cortisol levels will shed some light on my current profile.
